A1 Batterypro Delivery Policy

A1 Batterypro now offers a $10 flat rate SAME DAY delivery service for any order value within 15kms of both our Mackay and Townsville stores.

For all other areas outside of our usual runs and other town centres, the expected freight times would be approximately 2-7 days, depending on locations and courier companies.
 

REGIONS THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO

· Mackay Queensland 4740 – within 15kms of branch

· Townsville Queensland 4810 – within 15kms of branch

AVAILABLE DELIVERY TIMES

Flat rate deliveries are available between 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, flat rate delivery is not available outside of these hours, on Sundays or Public Holidays. However, we do offer an after-hours callout and delivery service that is available outside of our regular trading hours, additional charges will apply.

NOTE: All deliveries are required to be signed and paid for at the time of delivery.

BATTERY FITTING SERVICE CALLS

Our delivery and fitting service is not covered by the $10 flat rate delivery fee. Additional charges will apply when installation of the battery is required. Please contact one of our friendly team for a price and availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At A1 Batterypro we understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact one of our friendly team and they will assist you with the cancellation.
