FAQs

I have ordered the incorrect battery – how do I organise a return to swap it for the correct battery?

Do not worry! This happens sometimes. Simply complete the RGA form, and one of our team will reply before 5 pm the next business day to advise the next step. We will be able to assist in determining the correct battery for your application.

I have never shipped a battery – what do I need to do?

The battery will need to be secured in an upright position in a cardboard box. If you are returning a new battery for exchange or refund, please re-use the original box the battery was sent to you in.

If you are returning a battery without the original box, you must clearly label the correct information relating to Dangerous Goods. In addition to ensuring the box is clearly labelled, you will need to ensure the freight company of your choice, is able to ship Dangerous Goods. You will be required to complete their consignment note. All automotive Calcium batteries are Dangerous Goods, Class 8, UN2794. However, if you are not sure please call our Sales Team and we will give you the information to ensure it is accurate.

I have requested a refund – how long does this take?

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible. Please be aware there will be freight time from when it is despatched from you to our store. Once it arrives at our store and is in accordance with our guidelines, a refund will be processed usually within 1 – 3 days of it arriving back to our store.

I have no idea what battery I need or if I have selected the right vehicle details?

Please give our friendly Sales Team a call if you are unsure. We want to make sure you get the right battery for your application – we are more than happy to help.
